Cannot browse n/w but can access shares

HI all,

Untill, yesterday everything is fine on our peer network with windows 2000 server as internet gateway. Now, I could not browse the network and net view command shows only that computer. When I go to windows explorer address bar and type \\<comp_name>\<share_name>, i can access the folders. Printers work fine from clients.
I checked 2 NICs on server. everything has same config as before.
If any one could show me some pointers on this, it would be great.

Addon to my earlier question:
On some computers, net view command gives me :
System Error 1130 has occurred. Not enough server storage is available to process this command
