Hello all,

I cannot access the public folders via the Exchance System Manager. I go to Folders>Public Folders>View System Folders, and I receive a dialog prompt to enter the Administrator password. Every time I enter the password, it disappears from the password field, and I still cannot enter the public folders: I get prompted to still enter the Administrator password. (As if the password was incorrect, though it IS correct....) Then, if I persist in attempting to enter using the Administrator password, I eventually receive an error:

"The token supplied to the function is invalid

ID no: 80090308
Exchange System Manager"

This error will then persist for a while everytime I attempt to use view the Public Folders via the ESM.

Any ideas?

Any help would be appreciated.

I encountered this problem last week after installing encryption. In order to get public folders back I unchecked "force encryption" inside of IIS default web site, and selected it only for the Exchange web.

Hope you've already gotten your problem fixed, but if not, give that a try and see what happens!
