Cannot access network printers

I am running Windows 2k Pro. I was able to do network printing when first installed. I recently put on service pack 2 and am now unable to locate any printers on the network.

I have received a ping response.

Don't forget I had the computer working before upgrading the service pack. I have other computers w/o the service pack working

If those IPs are responding your PC can reach them. Have you tried mapping via IP to the printers?
