Cannot Access Device

Hello All,

I get an error from the following navicli command! Can anyone help?

> navicli rebootSP -both
rebootSP command failed
cannot access device

Help Please!

More info...

When I do a >navicli getagent
I get an error message as follows

This agent currently is not managing any devices

Is this part of the same problem...

The command should be:

navicli -h <IP address or name of sp> command
