We're using ACCPAC 5.3A Small Business Edition SP3, Pervasive Database...we didn't install or change anything but we got this error soon we open the company in accpac...any help will very much appreciated. Thanks
Before I received your reply we tried to re-start our server and it helps solved the problem, but we have one work station that came out a new error message "Cannot access database (error=40962)", does your reply applies also to this error? Thanks.
40962 normally means a TCPIP communication problem between the workstation and server. Check your IPCONFIG on the workstation and PING the server by name and make sure that the correct server IP address is returned by PING.
