Cannot access citrix application.....streaming video es required

A client is trying to access a published application and is getting the message:
"This application is enabled, but is not available. Streaming video is required, which this client does not support."
He is trying to log into the application in a dial-up connection in a safe mode (tunneling on vpn).
Does anybody know what is going on?

What exactly is the application the client is trying to run? That's the sort of message I might expect to see if, for example, a Real video file was being published that was attempting to be loaded on the remote client, and the remote client doesn't have the player software installed....
