Cannot able to get in network config. of ip phones.

Cannot able to get in the network configuration of ip2004 new phones.Whenever iam pressing four physicall button of phones while that bootting is not allowing to get in network configuration.Also i cannot able to use feature key(press 2 times).

Okay when the i2004 boots you have to wait until the Nortel logo appears - then you press the four soft keys under the display from left to right in order. That should let you in to configure the settings. If it isn't I don't know what to tell you
