Canged from 2 to 3 digit ext no vmail now

Can't get the Flash/startalk to work with the Norstar after we changed from 2 digit to 3 digit extensions. VM now shows as ext 236 but when going in to change VM boxes it only want 2 digit numbers. Is there a reset password to will take the VM system back initial start up? Thanks in advance.

Voice mail is a different system with different programming.
You need to wipe out and re-intsall vmail using 3 digits.
