Is it ok to cancel an XBK? I started an XBK but I forgot to change the baud to a higher speed. I would like to cancel it and change the baud to 19200. Not sure I will corrupt the PBX by doing this.

I've canceled them lots of times. I just make sure to delete the file on my PC, so a new download doesn't try to append to it or something.
