Canadian Payroll on GP 10 - Report Writer

Currently running a Version 10 sp 2 of Dynamics GP. I have a report P_Vacation_Accrued_RPT0034 which appears under Calculated Reports. The report will not run unless you login as SA and manually execute the report. I've been through the security setup and the modified version is available in the modified report profile.

... at my wits end. Any ideas?
