2 possible options:
a - use input redirection, like
Code:
TELNET <SCRIPT.TEL
b - use keyboard-stuffing, a small tool that sort-of types commands for you. wouldn't know where to get this really old dos-stuff though, maybe on download.com
disadvantage of a) all commands have to be in the script, yu can't take over halfway, after reading all script commands
disadvantage of b) some small tool stays in memory during execution of telnet. (Who cares ;-) )
Are you stating this can be done? with FTP, I do the following... FTP -s:filename and it works fine. I'll try your method. However, here's another issue for you (*smile*), what about doing this in Windows 98? (Telnet operates via Windows not DOS) Also, can a file be passed via a program written in VB?
