I want to write a formula that will return a value that reflects the report section that it is in. Is this possible?

For example...

Section the formula is in Desired result
Report Header A 1 or RHA
Page Header A 2 or PHA
G1H 3 or G1H
Detail A 4 or DA
.
.
.

Thanks

I don't think it is possible. If you want to quickly generate several similar formulas, you can do this with cut-and-paste for the code. Or copy to a dummy Crystal report, change the name and copy back
