Can you use outlook to get email from exchange while on road?

I have exchange setup for on e domain and now need to add a second and possibly a 3rd domain to recieve email. I think I have figured out through the threads how to set up exchange to recieve email for multiple domains, but I am always open to explanations. I also need to know how to set it up so that the 30 people that work in different states can use outlook to pull their email from the exchange server.
