Can you share the config of AT&T ISDN T1 ruuning CBC

Hi All,
I needed help from anyone who is running ISDN Pri T1 from AT&T which is defined as cbc(call by call) service , I have a new T1 which is configured as this & I am able to make the outbound calls on the T1 but not able to receive the incoming calls, when I dial the no. for this T1 , the destinaton phone in the system gives short rings thrice, & the display also flashes & after that the call ends. I think there is something between the transfer of call from D channel to B channel which I am missing in the system..

Any light on this would be a great help for me..
