Can you set the resource file in config.fpw

I know that I can use RESOURCE=OFF in the config.fpw, but is there a way I can set which resource file to use in the config.fpw.

Maybe something like this:
RESOURCE=C:\temp.dbf
RESOURCE=OFF

I want to be able to set where the resource file is but not use it right away.

Yes, you can specify the file and location.

Thanks for the suggestion of trying it before hand. I did but I had used "RESOURCE TO=C:\temp.dbf" in the config. This did not work. It did not dawn on me to use "RESOURCE=C:\temp.dbf" until after I posted because what I had posted was actually a typo from my config file. It did not dawn on me to try it without the "TO" in the statement until after I had read it here on my own post. I do try multiple scenarios before I post it here. This time, although obvious now, did not register in my brain until I saw it and tried it.

OK.. good to know. I see so many people post things that are very simple and take less time to test than it takes to post the question. Hopefully some others will get the juices flowing and test things out before posting.

I couldn't agree with you more Craig. If I had a dollar for every thread that was made that could have easily been figured out by testing a few things, checking the help file or MSDN, doing a search by Keyword or FAQ in this forum, and/or a quick Google search we could all retire and live on the beach somewhere. Obviously not the case with this thread given Dave's reply, but certainly worth noting. There is a saying that "There is no such thing as a stupid question.", and while that may be true to some extent there is a need to do one's homework so to speak before creating a thread in what is considered to be a forum of technical merit. If for no other reasons than to not look silly and waste people's valuable time (including your own). [joke]That having been said, can anyone tell me why my grids keep going blank when i rip the recordsource out from under them?[/joke]

I am so glad that my one brain fart is going to be used as the epitome of stupid questions. Well on the bright side at least others who read this thread will try to solve the issue themselves which will help contribute to their own problem solving skills. So in effect this is actually a very helpful thread rather then an example of stupidity. Just joking around.
