CAN YOU RUN 2 VM SYSTEMS

Of course, as long as they have individual SID values set you can have lots of VM system and the MEW key will work for ALL of them 
I've had three different systems all working at the same time:
Integrated Voicemail
Octel system with Analogue lines and ICU link
Server based system with DPNSS
