Can You Remote TTI a Phone

I have multiple locations where they want their phones moved constantly. mostly type 6408's. Is there a way to remote TTI the phone out/In. Saving the travel to just move a phone.

If you have a map of ports to station locations... then manually change the port on the station form. Or ask what existing extension is located in that location. Swap the port identified on the station form.

as folks leave we drop phones to keep our ports RTU licenses down. so the port coud change at any time.

these phones are off of a remote G700.

you can't remotely TTI a phone in, depending on the software release "self station display" FAC shows the port location if the port is unassigned, this may help

I do remote digial phone moves by swapping the 2 known ports and having the remote users physically swap the phones.

yes that is how i usually do it

but I guess I was looking to do it without having to involve anyone, as sometimes there is no phone in one of the offices to swap the port with.
