can you ftp with access VB? 1

Hi everyone, i have a question. I am writing a program that will be used to update a web page. I've finished all the coding that will change or create an html file, ect. But the pages will still need to be loaded to the server. This can be done manually, but i would prefer that the users of this program only have limited access to make updates to pages.
can i use access to ftp and load files to for example
ftp ftp.homepage.com
pw: password
