Powerpoint has an option for printing pure black & white in the print setup options, but I can't find this option anywhere in Word or Help. Am I missing it or does it not exist? Thank you.

Can Word 2002 print grayscale or pure black & white?

Hi dianemarie,
In Word, you can turn off grey-scale printing of colours on b/w printers by checking the 'Print colors as black on non color printers' Tools|Options|Compatability. This may or may not give you the effect you're after.
