Can we change the Cluster Service account? 1

We had a consultant come out and build a cluster for us (The vendor insisted on this even though we are more than able to build and test clusters).

During the time he was building the cluster he had problems with hardware and other problems. When it was all said and done and working correctly, he used the wrong account to build the cluster with (the account he used is being phased out due to security reasons). Is there a safe way or any way to change the service account he used? I know that the account is supposed to be set for no password experation adn password can not be changed, but have not seen anything about changing the account.
