Can use group with mail merge ???

I have an app that I need to group multiple lines on EACH letter. I assume a grouping option could do this some way ???

Example of table with 3 rows pertaining to Bill:
Would like one letter sent to BILL with all 3 amts in the body of the letter.

bill,123
bill,766
bill,898

Example of Mail Merge letter:

Dear mr Bill,

You have the following amounts outstanding
123
766
898

Please send payment soon.
