Can U guide me to Send mail using outlook using different accounts. I am trying to automate outlook to send mail through different accounts that i have configured can u guys please help me in this.

Have you experimented with the SentOnBehalfOfName?

I use this to send emails for different Exchange mailbox accounts I have.

Give us more specifics on what you are doing. Are you using Outlook? Is it connected to an Exchange Server? Are the accounts Exchange mailboxes you have rights to or are they Internet accounts?

For some general reading on sending email (in this case from Excel, but should be similar for Access) through Outlook see:

faq707-3564 and faq707-4334

You'd have to experiment with integerating SentOnBehalfOf with that code. Hope that helps!
