I have 4 sites running Token Ring to Frame Relay. I am in the process of converting 2 of the sites to Ethernet to the Frame Relay. I have been told that this will work between the 4 sites because the Frame is sending IP packets - it doesn't matter what's on the sending or receiving end.<br><br>Can anyone verify this for me?<br>Thanks <br>Jim G

Can TR and Ethernet communicate over Frame Relay?

Actually the IP packets are encapsulated in the Frame-Relay frame. As long as the serial interface of your router can be optioned for FR, your scenario will work.
