Can the namefield on an extension be changed by the attendant phone on an IP LDK 300?? if so, how??

A newbie to the LG range, I have been asked the question if the namefield on an extension can be changed by the attendant, if it can please can you let me know the procedure. Many thanks

Hold/Save

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!
