Does anybody know if the M1 can generate the activity code while on the call without using the Symposium. Customer service agents in our company work on individual basis therefore I just can't not put them into Symposium queue and assign activity code for them.
And if I put them into the Symposium queue without logging in and use Personal DN from their phones to make and receive calls and activity code do not work with Personal DN either?
