Can the logo wallpaper be changed

Is there a way to change the Microsoft (logo) wallpaper - the one sitting behind the security logon dialog (Ctrl+Alt+Del prompt)? Would like to place a customized graphic there.

Rename an existing file (if I knew name & where it hides); cutomize your own graphic and name it for the original?
Or
Registry entry?

Yes, copy your custom graphic to the winnt directory and name it winnt256.bmp.
