Can`t connect to legato Server from NMC and nsrwatch 1

Hi,
i have a strange Problem. I can´t connect any more to my Legato Server over NMC and also from a Terminal with nsrwatch the Termninal don´t gives me any output.
The processes are still working. I have no idea why this happend and what i can do, the only what helped me was stopping Legato with nsr_shutdown and restart Legato.
