Can someone point me where to look in MSDN for locale ? stuff 2

For instance, what would I need to do to handle either a period or comma as a decimal point. I know I've seen it somewhere but at the time it wasn't a need. Thanks!

I think you need to look at localization and globalization

and something like cultureinfo and currentcultureinfo will probably tell you what you need.

System.Globalization namespace will have what you need.

Also, a good book to have is "Developing International Software" by Microsoft Press.
