Can someone help me with guides please???

Hi I am just getting into setting up ad's with Quark. Is there an area in Quark where you can just type in your Live area, Trim Area, and Bleed area? And then see the guides of each on the layout, so all you have to do is move the graphics around?
If it doesn't it should seems plain sense to have this in document set up.

Isn't this all handled in doc/print setup already? What version of Quark are you using? Your live area is defined by what margins you create. The trim area is defined by the size of your page. The bleed area is defined by anything outside of the page size.
