Can SMS Monitoring Computer Uptime and give report?

Hi,
We have SMS 2003 SP3 and we're monitoring the uptime from our computers, no history report though. The reports were created by our SQL guru so unfortunately I can't tell you how he did them but it is possible. I know that he's using SQL queries for this.
