Can only see offline folders when on wireless network

I hook my laptop up directly via ethernet cable at one location, and at another I use a wireless connection. Both are part of the same network (one is in the barn, the other in the house). I just set up the wireless network and all looks good, BUT I can only see the offline folders and IE homepage when on the wireless net.

I log into the laptop with the same user. I can see all shared network folders, and have full web surfing capability when on the net via the ethernet card. Why can I only see offline folders when using the wireless connection??

The problem is your IP address was not consistent with the rest of the workgroup.
