I have an excel file with many sheets. I can only change the paper size on one sheet, any idea why? I really need to change the others!!!

Hello, I believe that paper size has to be chosen individually for each sheet (File, Page Setup, Options, or through your print dialog box), unless you group the sheets. Grouping should allow you to set the legal setting for all of the grouped sheets at once.

I just tried again, Only one sheet allows me to select paper type, everother sheet will not let me, ideas?

What do you mean "will not let you?" When we refer to "sheets", we mean the worksheets (see the tabs at the bottom of the workbook), not the sheets of paper that print when you print one worksheet. If you're trying to print one worksheet and you only want the first page, for instance, in portrait and the rest in landscape, you've got more to do than just page setup. I strongly suggest you put the portrait stuff on one worksheet and the landscape stuff on another worksheet. The two parts of info are obviously not formatted the same, so Excel will like you better and treat you better if you move it anyway. Then you set up your first sheet to print portrait, your second sheet to print landscape. When you print, you choose "entire workbook".

Then again, perhaps I'm mis-reading your entire question?
