Can not recover file from one days ago!!!!!!!!!

We just installed Legato Networker 7.20 server ( Running on Windows 2003 box) and Networker 4.22 client on Netware server(Netware 5.1 with SP7,Netware 6.0 SP5,Netware 6.5 SP2)

Now we have problem:
Monday night: Full backup
Tuesday morning: testing recover files, and no problem.
Tuesday night: Incremental Backup
Wed morning: recover files which were changed on Tuesday, and no problem. But when we try to recover files from Monday night, like say, some file did not changed on Tuesday, and we got error message.
"Can't get volume info vol1:...filename"

Networker.log: "RPC error, unable to receive"

And on server session windows: ServerName browsing
And this message just sit there.

These problem happen to all our Netware server
 
Where do you restart the recover process? Keep in mind that the NetWare client does not support "directed recoveries" to my knowledge. SO you must use the Networker/Netware recover "GUI".

If this is true, the problem points to an inconsistence problem between the file and the media database. Try "nsrck -X" to repair it.
