Can not make command add/list/change/display agent-loginID CM 7.1.3 upgrade from 6.3

Hi everyone,

I made upgraded CM from 6.3.7 to 7.1.3 then i restored datebase again.
But i can not find or make command add/list/change/display agent-loginID. Currently this system has some agents are running.
Please tell me why i cannot make command add/list/change/display agent-loginID.

That meaning I need license for EAS. Right?
But i dont know why my customer still add/change agent-loginID ago.

You need to check your license file to see if the feature is activated. It's clearly not at the moment, and it -probably- was in the past.
