Can not login to Hotmail

Hi!

After installing the bordermanager proxy server everybody can navigate ok, but they cant access hotmail accounts after entering e-mail address and password, 'page not found' error in HTTPS page.

I have no filters enabled.

Am I missing an Access Rule?
