Can not install a Joypad

Hi, i have a prblem with a Joypad Installation, when i try to add the device on control panel, i receive an error.
Game Port not Found or Driver.
I have a MaxFire G-8.
And i was try to installa a Generic driver, because there is not Driver for Win200.
Any Idea ?
