Can not get user logged in to Exchange

We have a laptop user who can not get connected to exchange. When I add the exchange account, everything seems to go as normal. In outlook, the user has the exchange account and the public folders. However, when trying to access these folders in outlook, the access is denied (folder not available).

Any help would be appreciated!
 
Perheps it's got something to do with the connection to the server.
try to remove the tcp/ip protocol, reboot, login locally and reinstall the tcp/ip protocoll...

that should help
