Can Not FTP

Hello,

I have two W2K servers and I can't ftp to it. I checked if IIS is running and it is. I Created an ftp account, assigned a password, gave it log on locally permission. In addition, I have another server with ftp working properly. I configured the problem server exact same way as the server that is working and it still won't work.

Can anyone please help me?

Ooops, I forgot to add that Admin can not ftp either.
