Can not find SQL Server?!!!!!!! Please help

Iam Running CE 8.0 on an Oracle 8i database. When my crystal server goes under heavy traffic (3 users) i get can not find SQL server. Any ideas?

Oracle uses connection pooling by default - can it be that allthe connections are kept open and Oracle simply does not allow for another connection?
