can not find "Boot to Safe mode with MS-DOS" from F8 advanced option 1

Hi, in win 2000 profession, I can not find "Boot to Safe mode with MS-DOS" from F8 advanced option.

1.How can I add this option in F8 start up advanced menu?
2."Safe mode with MS-DOS" is same with "Safe mode with Command Prompt"?

Win2000 Professional does not have MS-DOS as such, the "Safe mode with command prompt" is the equivalent on it.
