Can Not Browse Drives

I have two partitions on a 20 gig drive that I cannot browse using Explorer. If I open explorer and goto either one of the drives it just gets hung up. It also does this if I am opening a file in ANY application that uses an explorer type window. However, if I just open My Computer I can browse to any directory on either drive successfully. I have gone to the disk manager and ran scandisk on both drives, but it does not find any errors. I suspect that I have a few corrupted files that are causing the problem.

Any ideas welcome! Thanks
