Can not add additional mailbox in Ol2002

I can not add other user's mailbox in Outlook 2002 sp2.
When I click on Add button in the Advanced tab, Microsoft
Exchane Server configuration box, I've got message:

The name could not be resolved. The action could not be
completed.

I am using outlook 2002 with Exchange 5.5

Thanks.
