Client machine can access all resources on server but server can not access client at all from network neighborhood. All other clients (W98 & W2K)on this network can access the client however.

Place the client name computer name and IP address in the lmhosts file on the server so it can be mapped at boot up. Let's say the W2K client's computer name is "INVISIBLE" and has an IP address of 192.168.0.13. The line on the server's lmhosts file should look like:-

invisible 192.168.0.13

Save the file with the name lmhosts with no extension. Try this and see if it works. If it doesn't please come back here.
