Hi Everybody!
PROJECT:
2 LANs (Windows based) A and B in the same building must be connected to provide access to information from A to B only.
*B can use an IP of A and have a WS set up as "A" Client.
*IP address ranges on both A and B are known.
*A has a DHCP server and the scope being used is known.
*B does not have a DHCP server.
*Configuration cannot be changed in any aspec.
QUESTION:
Would I be able to connect B to A using CISCO NAT between the LANs?
*On A's Fast Ethernet interface I would use one of the A's IP addresses.
*On B's Fast Ethernet interface I would use the NAT (translation) to give B clients access to the information in A.
Would you experts know my chances here? I gladly accept suggestions and tips.
Thank you in antecipation.
