does anyone know of a program or utility that lets me see the background processes, kind of like how it is in windows 2000? i have a virus i know is running, but it doesn't show up in the task manager. i have to shut it down before the virus cleaner will delete it. i've tried turning it off in the startup menu, but it just replicates itself and turns itself back on. i'm ripping my hair out over this one because fdisk'ing is not an option. thanks.

It .......has a link to the program that you want. This should show you the process. But to kill the process I recomend "End it All" I think you can get this at
This will allow you to kill any running process, then you can remove the file ( Likely just removing the file won't fix all the problems, probably have to clean up the registry and get a tool to remove all the other crap the virus has left on your machine...)
