can I run RPC over HTTP on a different port than 80?

I run an exchange 2003 box out of my home and would like to setup RPC over HTTP. Trouble is my ISP blocks port 80. I use OWA over port 8000 without any issues. Can I setup RPC over HTTP to run on a different port than 80?

i should use port 80
it is rpc over https - should go over 443

Grrrr, appears that ISP also blocks 443. Any ideas?
