Can I Re-Assign a Per Device CAL?

I have 80 per-device CALs and only 70 computers (devices) that use these CALs. Through the process of renaming PCs and replacing PCs, I seem to have run out of CALs. Is there a way I can re-assign the old CALs and return them to the pool?

I really don't want to have to buy more CALs.
