Can I "grab" an image from the frames?

Is it possible to get an image from the video frames and save it as a picture image?

Go to the frame in your timeline that you wish to use, go to File>Export Timeline>Frame. Then you can select which format and where you would like to save that frame.

Hi there,
In addition, to avoid flickering on playback, select square pixels under aspect ratio / no fields and deinterlace under special processing....
