Can I disable the beep when the phones are logged off?

Was just wondering if anyone knew anyway of stopping the phones from beeping constantly if they have been manually logged out, as for a few users even when clicking yes while logging out of one-x doesn't log them out of their phones.

How are you logging them out? Sounds like you are logging the extn out rather than the user, they don't beep when you log the user out

Just turn off button clicks and alarm sounds from the menu of the phone.

I think amriddle is right this happens when the base ext is logged out , either dial *36 or set up a logout key for your Agents, or you the features key if on 16** not the menu key.

The logoff option in the menu of the ip phones should not be used with ip office. Disable the feature in the settings file of the phone and use the logon/logoff feature of ip office which is invoked by shortcode or button programming.
