can i delete ntuninstall folders

I have 4 folders taking up a lot of space that are each of the form
c:\winnt\$NtUninstallQ123456$

When i look up the knowledgebase on the numbers they don't say anything about the folder created. Are these the uninstall files to these security patches or are they just temp files that i can delete to free up some space?
